Sylvie Françoise van der Vaart-Meis (born 13 April 1978, Breda), is a Dutch actress and presenter. She is the wife of footballer Rafael van der Vaart. On June 10, 2005, Meis and Rafael van der Vaart married. Their marriage was broadcast live on TV by SBS.
