Nathalie Kelley
(born in Lima, Peru 1985) is an Australian actress, most
notable for playing Neela in The Fast and the Furious:
Tokyo Drift.
Australian actress Nathalie Kelley was born in Lima,
Peru in 1985. Nathalie was raised in Syndey, Australia.
Nathalie has been an aspiring actor since the age of 13.
She went to the same high school as Nicole Kidman. The
talented actress made her film debut as the character
Neela, the main character's love interest, in the action
movie The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift. She most
recently starred in an Aaron Spelling produced pilot
Mermaid for the WB that was never picked up.
Born in Lima, Peru, to a Peruvian mother and Argentine
father, Kelley moved to Sydney, Australia at the age of
2. She dreamed about being an actress when she was 13
years old, and coincidentally attended the same school
as Nicole Kidman, North Sydney Girls High School on
Sydney's north shore. She studied Politics and
International Relations at the University of New South
Wales, and also worked as a volunteer with indigenous
Australian youth in the inner-city suburb of Redfern
before moving to Los Angeles and becoming an actress.
Kelley began her acting career with the lead part in a
WB pilot Mermaid, and in 2006 appeared in The Fast and
the Furious: Tokyo Drift alongside Bow Wow and Lucas
Black. In 2007 she will appear in Loaded alongside Jesse
Metcalfe. She has appeared in at least one commercial in
May 2007.
